An 80 bar g, duplex, natural gas dryer package, designed and manufactured for one of the Russian gas pipelines. One of thirteen packages they are explosion proof and certified to the Russian GOST standards.

A 3D image created using AutoCAD Inventor software of a design for special filtration design for a Belgium pharmaceutical company. The equipment is made entirely in stainless steel and is designed for cleaning and sterilising both inside and out.

A duplex Compressed Air Dehydration package designed and built for BOC feeding the BP Grangemouth site. The dryer is an externally blown, heat-reactivated design using natural gas powered heaters. Control is local using Siemens PLC’s.

A typical pipe installation designed for the water treatment plant at Uskmouth Power Station, South Wales. The pipe is ABS plastic as are the valves shown above.

Special design support frame and covers for laser beam distribution. The unit is four meters tall and had to meet a 20HZ frequency to ensure beam stability.

These are the internals for a gas separation system. They combine a first stage cyclone package for bulk separation followed by coalescing filter bundles. This type of design is used to remove dirt and water from natural gas prior to compression.
